A learner's socio-academic dimensions and epistemic agency emerge out from a dialectic between structural and agentic dimensions of the learner's being and becoming in the context. Under this backdrop, learner's profile is both a threshold and tool to frame learning policy and padagogic planning of learner's in the school and as well policy and planning of parental pedagogy and community pedagogy. Hence, the learner's profile needs to capture more than just the attributes of becoming. In fact, it is the matrix of structural and dynamic aspects of being learners in the school and in the society
